The program has grown faster than the handful of people running it. If the idea matters to you and you will give it real time, there is a place for you.
The 2026 mentee cohort is full. Applications for the 2027 intake will be posted here when they open. Mentor applications stay open all year — we are always looking for researchers to join the pool, and you can apply at any time.
For students
Apply as a mentee
You are an undergraduate or master’s student at a Bangladeshi university, curious about research, and willing to put in the hours. No prior experience needed — tell us what interests you and we will try to match you with a mentor who works on it.

For researchers
Apply as a mentor
You are a Bangladeshi PhD student, postdoc, faculty member or industry researcher who can give one or two hours a week. There is no deadline for this one — we take mentor applications year-round and match new mentors into the next cycle. You will work with one to three students, and join a community of mentors who help each other with their own research too.

Help us run it
Undergraduates are welcome on the operations side — outreach, scheduling, keeping records straight, and the administrative work that keeps a cycle moving. It is a real way into the community while the mentee call is closed, and you learn how a program like this actually works.
