About us
The people who keep it running.
BSRI is run entirely by volunteers. Four of them handle the operational side, alongside their own research.
The organising team runs the open calls, reads and scores every application, matches mentors with mentees on what each side says they want, and maintains the code of conduct and the reports that come through it. None of it is anyone’s job; it happens between experiments and deadlines.
Everything else — the mentoring itself — is done by the mentors, who volunteer one to two hours a week.
